Description

This is an exciting new role for Embrace Home Loans and we are expanding our digital presence. Our website is the digital storefront for our customers to learn about and request more information about our services and products. We are looking for a digital marketing leader who can create and implement an engaging experience for prospects and customers throughout the customer journey. This individual should have a balance of marketing, technical and analytic abilities to manage our website, optimize conversion, generate engagement and manage content. You must be a strong communicator who can communicate your vision to partners across Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, Sales and Technology. You must be collaborative, a data driven leader (numbers are your best friend and decisions are driven by robust testing), thrive in cross functional teams and embody the spirit of agile. You will manage a team of developers and marketers to constantly push the envelope to improve our site performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of developers and marketers in maintaining and updating our site with data driven best practices, experiences and content
  • Manage ad tech and analytics tagging to integrate with our entire digital marketing ecosystem which includes Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.
  • Evaluate and recommend best tools for content management, analytics, testing and audience management
  • Partner with marketing managers on landing page strategy and integration with site
  • Bring a creative approach to the website, integrating site best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Verbal and Written Communication
  • Process Management
  • Ability to direct others

 
Position Requirements
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years involved in website development, design, optimization and performance
  • Complete knowledge of HTML, Inline CSS, Jscript, ASP.net
  • Data driven marketing who leverages information to make decisions and evaluate site performance
  • Team management and development
  • Experience with personalization, testing and targeting software, Adobe Target, Optimize, etc.
  • Digital Analytics and tagging experience, Google Analytics, GTM, DTM, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Self-motivated individual who can create strategy and roadmap to execute it
  • Experience with Content Management systems, Site Core a plus
  • Experience with tag management and digital analytics capabilities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational, verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable getting your hands dirty while providing strong leadership for the team
