Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking an attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience to join its very busy private equity practice at its Burlington, Vermont office.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates will have experience in sophisticated debt and equity financing transactions, along with general corporate experience, including company formation and business acquisitions. Background and experience with complex company capitalization models, transactional IP and tax would be valuable in this position.
