POSITION SUMMARY:

The Site Director/Warehouse Manager must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and is responsible for the management and execution of all contract support for a large Government warehouse facility. The manager is responsible for the execution of a logistics support system which includes warehouse operations, maintenance, purchasing, and information technology.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Responsible for the program management and execution of contractor support for a large Government warehouse facility to include supply support activities, warranty management, equipment maintenance and modifications training, help desk, integrated logistics, purchasing, repair and return, transportation, and support operations.
•Serve as the primary interface with the Government and has overall responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the contract effort, including cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs/projects.
•Leads customer program reviews and coordinates personnel, technical, and financial resources as required to meet contract requirements.
•Create and provide reports regarding resource allocation, metrics compliance, trending, and customer satisfaction while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
•Responsible for the execution of a logistics support system which includes warehouse operations, maintenance, purchasing, and information technology.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicant MUST possess a current/active DoD SECRET Security Clearance (It cannot be obtained post hire. Candidates must already possess this clearance or they will not be considered)
  • 15 years of proven successful senior management and supervisory experience
  • 10 years of experience managing logistics/warehouse systems and programs
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills
