POSITION SUMMARY: The Contracts Manager will assist the Project Manager in management of all financial resources. The Contracts Manager may also be assigned the support and advisory functions for logistics and/or personnel accounting to the senior management official. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: •Assist Site-Director in the management of contract financial resources •Provide support and advice for logistics and/or personnel accounting to the senior management team •Track all resources from program/project start through its finish and serve as the arbitrator for claims or complaints occurring during the performance of contracts. •Arbitrate claims or complaints occurring in performance contracts •Responsible for the management and supervision of the contract staff and oversight of contract/subcontract performance from award to closeout. •Responsible for preparing contract requirements and cost analysis, negotiating terms and conditions, and coordinating contract/subcontract execution strategies. •This position will work on Government site.   Position Requirements REQUIREMENTS MUST possess a current/active DoD SECRET Security Clearance (This cannot be obtained post hire. It must be active and current.
