SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for the Guests, in

accordance with Company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Responsible for keeping all token dispensers filled for Arcade Guests.

Ensure relationship building with every Guest on every interaction through the following steps: Always

greet the Guests in a friendly fashion, ensuring eye contact and a smile. Take care of the Guest’s needs.

Close with a pleasant comment.

Maintain a clean and neat Arcade room, by keeping surfaces of machines clean and clear and removing

debris as needed.

Ensure attention to detail with all aspects of the Arcade floor and equipment.

Give basic instruction on machine play as requested by Guests.

Notify Arcade or Technical Supervisor of machine problems; perform minor repairs such as coin jams,

resetting of machines, etc.

Responsible for safeguarding and maintaining his/her bank, and reporting any suspicious activity to Arcade

Supervisor immediately.

Responsible for notifying Arcade Supervisor of any down machines; promptly placing out-of-order signs on

them and reimbursing Guests any tokens lost.

Promote positive Guest Relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Present self in a professional manner both on and off property.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain a regular and consistent attendance record.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an Associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or ability to pass our Basic Skills Assessment.

Cashier experience preferred.

Previous work experience preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to pass company pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.

Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.

Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write

simple correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.

Ability to perform these operations, using units of American money.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral

instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to

finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral

vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Associate encounters

while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate regularly works near moving mechanical or electrical

parts.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

Position requires exposure to a cigarette smoke environment.
