Job Description:

A Key Account Manager position with Bronco Wine Company (BWC) offers you the opportunity to assume ownership of an established and successful region and to provide leadership to a growing national team.

We offer strategically targeted wine brands and styles in sync with market growth and trends. From super value priced wines to premium wines marketed and sold by its wine selling divisions, the company's portfolio is extensive and of the highest quality. BWC is a leading producer and marketer of wine brands with a broad portfolio across the wine categories.

If selected, you'll join a progressive, fast-growing family business that is currently the 5th largest wine company in the USA. We will look to you to take an entrepreneurial approach to your region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with distributors to promote Bronco Wine Company Brands.
- Development, implementation, and achievement of annual sales and accounts sold goals.
- Implement and execute sales programs and strategies.
- Develop and execute merchandising and distribution standards with our distributor network.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with the top on and off premise accounts, both chain and independents.
- Conduct quarterly market analysis surveys in all major markets.
- Provide monthly reports and accomplishments recap to National Sales Manager.
- Utilize technology provided to conduct business in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:

-College degree with at least three years of wine industry experience at the Supplier level.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Diver, or TradePulse or Microstrategy.
-Well organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
-Excellent communications skills, including public speaking.
-In possession of a high level of integrity, confidence, and the ability to forge strong professional relationships quickly.
-Wine knowledgeable, from the vineyard to the table. (WSET or CSW Certification)
-Must be able to travel extensively within the region.
-Must possess a current driver's license, automobile insurance, clean driving record, and be able to meet the company's insurance requirements.
-Must complete physical and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to lift 40 pounds, i.e. wine cases.
-Perform tasks using standard computer equipment.
