Customer Service Representative  


Provide customers with excellent customer service while providing information about the company and our product. Support the Sales team by processing orders in an accurate and timely fashion. Filing, mailing, copying, faxing and other general office duties.


  • Order processing
  • Answer telephones and transfer calls in a professional manor
  • Provide administrative support for the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives
  • Work with the support team to support sales staff through mailing, research, and reporting of customer information
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing time-efficient, friendly service
  • Support the sales process by providing preliminary information to prospective contacts/leads and referral customers
  • Coordinate initial information mailings to phone and contact leads.
  • Assist Marketing dept. with various tasks including event/trade show preparation
  • Maintain input of new/existing client information into the sales database
  • Assist Accounting dept. with various tasks
  • Perform other tasks requested by management
Position Requirements

You would be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of a High School Diploma and 2 years of related work experience
  • Some college course work in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP and other database applications
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must have a pleasant phone voice, ability to speak clearly and articulately, good front desk demeanor and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to maintain positive contacts within all levels of the organization to explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests
  • Excellent customer service skills
