Description

This manager role will work closely with the Marketing Team(Both digital and offline)and team members in the CDAO to help develop, operationalize and maintain Embrace Home Loans' campaign platforms that enable smarter and more efficient campaign planning, execution, list management protocols, and measurement, analytics and reporting practices with an eye toward efficiency, optimization and improvement. It will work with marketing program managers across the company's omni-channel presence to ensure customer acquisition and retention/relationship depth campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet program and business objectives. In addition to Marketing and the Chief Data and Analytics Office, this role will work with key partners in Legal/Compliance, Risk, Finance, Sales and with 3rd party suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated direct experience working with and knowledge of Adobe Campaign/Neolane (required)

  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • Subject matter expert in Adobe's Marketing Cloud and product integration, especially around content management, analytics, segmentation, and targeting

  • Fluent in digital marketing terminology

  • Strong understanding of SDLC

  • Manage the relationships with Acxiom and Adobe and appropriate tasks to initiate campaign workflows.

  • Assist in creating and administering the company's list policy, including discipline around list selection and production processes and customer journeys.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a community of practices in database marketing to ensure timely and accurate marketing programs.
  • Work with Quality and Productivity to assess and optimize campaign processes and workflows.
  • Provide quality consultative campaign support for internal clients.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing/database marketing and/or analytics, including campaign management; CRM experience a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Work experience in Financial Services preferred, especially consumer lending

  • Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization

 
Position Requirements

  • Works with the head of marketing automation to establish the Embrace community of practice for marketing automation, quality control, and list policy.

  • Creates a list selection discipline, including a process for the production of lists and the customer’s journey.Conforms to a quality list selection process and ensures Peer Review.

  • Ensures that analytics and designs of experiments requested by data science are implemented in the way the workflows are programmed and designed.

  • Maintains Campaign Meta data and all related models.

  • Thorough understanding of data infrastructure and partnership with Business Intelligence for QC and management.

  • Ensures accurate processes are in place to correctly assess campaign performance KPIs.

  • Working with CDAO Analytics, ensures list selections are statistically significant.

  • Partners with Marketing, Sales and others as a collaborative COE.

  • Provides quality consultative campaign support for internal and external clients.

  • Provides Marketing with auditable campaigns based on Marketing’s specifications.

  • Improves speed to market and quality for campaign activities and related projects using best practices and technology.

  • Keeps abreast of EMM and Marketing technology best practices to ensure best path for campaign solutions.
