Responsibilities: - Support In-Service Management for multiple Surveillance and Weather systems across the NAS
- Develop briefings, coordinate, and provide logistics support to National Line of Business meetings between multiple departments within the FAA
- Plan and conduct surveys for different FAA systems
- Collect and analyze cost, reliability, and availability data from the field
- Provide KSN support when needed
- Analyze supportability reviews from FAA Logistics (AML) and create solutions for obsolescence and other supportability issues
- Collaborate with 2nd Level Engineering, Logistics, Program Office, and Tech Ops to resolve issues in the field
- Assist FAA Program Offices in achieving an In-Service Decision
- Planning, developing, and facilitating National Technical Interchange Meetings
- Act as the liaison between local Tech Ops and the different program offices
