New Hire Trainer

T-Mobile Premium Retailer - Wireless Vision

Position Overview:

The New Hire Trainer thrives in a dynamic and high energy environment. This individual is a brand ambassador for Wireless Vision that connects new hires to the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. The New Hire Trainer is responsible for facilitating training through instructor lead and virtual platforms. Their primary focus is ensuring the success of all Wireless Vision new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive and engaging onboarding experience to newly-hired employees.
  • Facilitate strong understanding and connection to the Wireless Vision mission, vision, culture and core values.
  • Clearly convey Wireless Vision's expectations and standards to set up newly-hired employees for success.
  • Facilitate sales readiness training and other sales and product-related workshops as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with market and store leadership to ensure execution of web based trainings, new hire training, and company launches.
  • Ensure District completion of T-Mobile required training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with training store managers to ensure new hire training is completed for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to assist in the transition of new employees and follow up on new hire performance post training.
  • Update and revise existing trainings as business information and needs change.
  • Improve existing trainings based on feedback from new hires.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus
  • College degree is preferred, HS diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Working knowledge of wireless industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of PC Windows's applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) required
  • May require additional tasks, duties or projects as assigned.
