(Please note that this tasking requires an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. This is not an entry level position.) Qualified candidate should have extensive experience with the below:
-Responsible for all Client official correspondence, to include letters, memos, and policy/procedures documents.
-Maintain tracking and storage for all correspondence and maintain currency in accordance with local procedures.
-Provide advanced presentation support using PowerPoint, standardizing and archiving all Client presentations.
-Provide on-site administrative services and support assistance as directed for tracking, routing, and completing administrative forms/processes. All correspondence shall be proofread, edited, and corrected for errors in format and grammar.
-Maintain master project calendar and coordinate arrangements for presentation/meetings.
-Enter data into various computerized databases and tracking systems and create spreadsheets and graphs based on the information contained in these systems.
-Maintain hard copies of direction, instructions, and other documents that are required to support documentation audits.
-Assist in collecting/compiling information in support of metrics, reports, and datacalls.
