Loss Prevention Agent Position Summary: The Loss Prevention Agent reports directly to the Loss Prevention Manager. A Loss Prevention Agent is responsible for identifying and apprehending shoplift suspects. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in investigations of internal employee theft.
- Surveillance of subjects, employees and company facilities, as directed by Loss Prevention Manager and supervisor.
- Conduct Store Inspections, to identify security, safety and maintenance problems, inside and outside store locations.
- To observe and report any activity that could cause loss to company assets.
- Conduct Receiver and Vendor Audits when assigned.
Requirements - Security, Loss Prevention / Asset Protection experience.
- Knowledge of arrest, search and seizure laws.
- All agents are expected to obey all federal, state, and local laws or community practices.
- Valid Driver License a Must
- Must be 21 and over
