JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Electrical Engineering will provide overall management and direction of Electrical Engineering and Technical personnel within the Product Support Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Propose, prioritize, and implement approved product improvement programs and validation testing in partnership with the Product Program Mangers.
Participate in problem identification, prevention and resolution efforts both within the department and across company departments. Ensure that timely and complete corrective action is taken to resolve these problems.
Balance Production Support and Field Investigation needs to level load engineering staff.
Provide overall management of the Product Support Engineering Department indirect budget and assure that budget constraints are met.
Coordinate with Development, Manufacturing, and Test Engineering for cross department synergy opportunities.
Develop Career pathing and training packages/expectations for Electrical Engineers and Technical personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Qualifications:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Electrical Engineering. Prior experience in managing and developing technical staff.
Eligibility Requirement: Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.
