Description

Position Summary:

Primary responsibility is to solicit and secure new bank clients for the Company's operational outsource and correspondent loan purchase program. This will include the identification of, and presentation to, bank prospects which meet the Company's minimum requirements. The position will participate in contract and price negotiations, as well as required due diligence activities. The position will be required to meet mutually agreed upon goals for securing new clients.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Researches and analyzes sales opportunities for maximum execution.
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Utilizes and maintains a CRM tool to track and record progress.
  • Travels 80% or more across the continental United States to meet with clients.
  • Works remotely and independently.

 
Position Requirements
  • College Degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience successfully sourcing and presenting services/products to the banking industry
  • High working knowledge of residential mortgage lending, including process, costs and compliance
  • Demonstrated abilities to source eligible clients, and the appropriate contact resources
  • Demonstrated abilities to develop and present, in a highly professional manner, the services provided
  • Character and reputation to match Embrace’s values and mission
  • Demonstrated history of self-motivating, and working remotely
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Superior communication – written and oral – skill
