The individual will continue to maintain the overall ticket base, grow relationships with new season ticket members and provide exceptional customer service to season ticket accounts. Responsibilities Renew and service newly subscribed season ticket accounts. Provide superior customer service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects and any inbound calls. Sell season ticket packages, groups and suite rentals to existing season ticket accounts. Schedule meetings and conduct presentations with prospective clients. Attend and host various Pirates prospecting and season ticket member events. Work with the customer service department to fulfill season ticket member benefits, ticket needs and answer questions. Educate season ticket member on ways to utilize and distribute tickets to clients and employees. Achieve yearly season ticket and revenue sales goals. Independently work to provide solutions with season ticket related situations. Build and maintain relationships with season ticket holders through frequent interaction, including game day visits. Attend and work offsite meetings and events. All other duties assigned by Manager.   Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with one year of sales experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. One year of experience within a professional sports environment.
