Visit our website at www.grandrapidschair.com/careers for more details.   Description SUMMARY Responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions.  This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. Development, continuous improvement and maintenance of Microsoft Windows based Computer Infrastructure and Systems. Management of Information Technology Projects Continuous improvement and maintenance of Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Development and maintenance of MS SQL Database systems. Management of Information Technology subcontractors and internal Information Technology analyst (s) Coach and direct network staff in operational activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives, and budget. Make purchasing decisions or recommendations based on bid pricing provided. Develop and maintain a Disaster Recovery Plan for network. Provide input on annual budget, providing justification when needed.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise Systems Analyst (s) and maintain collaboration with IT subcontractors.     Position Requirements Education and/or Experience Ability to access, query and link multiple relational databases. Ability to create and maintain complex views and stored procedures in MS SQL server Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SQL Database management tools, Crystal Reports, and SSRS reporting. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience. Experience developing BPMs, Configurators and Customizing Epicor 10 ERP Ability to Provide ad-hoc support for the design, development, testing implementation and maintenance of certain operational solutions, applications and interfaces in the .Net Framework   Shift Days   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
