Responsibilities Coordination of hiring, discipline, scheduling, and management of all post-game cleaning and temporary staff. Conduct training and daily supervision for all post-game staff, janitors, and temporary staff. Manage all aspects of temporary staffing as needed. Adhere to all MSDS rules and regulations. Manage and oversee all cleaning equipment. Monitor all cleaning supplies and product inventory and report to Cleaning Operations Manager. Assist with the ballpark winterization and start up cleaning process. Oversee staffing and management of cleaning operation for Supplemental Events All other duties as assigned by Cleaning Operations Manager. Assist with Cleaning Operations day to day projects. Assist and coordinate off season task list. Assign badges and keys as needed.   Position Requirements Required: HS Diploma/Equivalent with ten years of facility cleaning experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with five years of facility cleaning experience. A minimum of two years of direct supervisory experience. Educated in equipment maintenance and repair. Able to work flexible shifts.
