Develop strategies for identifying business leads.

Explain different packages & determine which plan works best for customer.

Provide quote & materials to customer.Answer customer questions to close sale.

Facilitate the installation of services, including coordination with CNS supervisor and establishing services in Ubill.

Maintain relationship with customer & provide customer service during outages or changes to their account.
Provide Marketing Ideas and work with Marketing Department on promotions, materials & events.
Develop & implement marketing initiatives to increase commercial sales & promotions of services.
Monitor competitors pricing to maintain the most competitive rates possible.
Represent CNS at meetings & events, while offering presentations of services.
Manage and maintain weekly & monthly reports.
Flexibility to manage responsibilities between each city and each service provided.
Work with City Managers to maintain the needs and goals of each city.
