Personal Care Specialist (STNA) Hospice House PRN - Days 


The Personal Care Specialist must be 100% patient and family focused while providing quality nursing assistant care to Hospice of Dayton patients based on patient needs according to the plan of care. Daily contact will include giving or assisting with personal care; including but not limited to bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair care, feeding, and transfers. Shifts are typically 7am – 7:30pm.

Position Requirements
  • STNA with Ohio certification
  • CHPNA certification required or after two years of employment
  • Understands written directions
  • Basic nursing assistant skills
  • Understands boundaries and scope of practice
  • Competency in information technology
  • Outcome-driven
  • Positive attitude
  • Nicotine free
