Bulk Wine Coordinator  


Bulk Wine Coordinator-Ceres, CA, US

JOB STATEMENT: Process cellar work orders, analyze, and maintain all bulk wine inventories at all locations in order to maintain appropriate regulatory compliance for winery operations.

Essential Duties:

  • Process all cellar work orders on daily basis for all facilities
  • Manage inventory records for all bulk wine and barrel inventories
  • Manage, document, and reconcile bulk wine book inventory with physical inventory
  • Enter and approve bulk wine shipping and receiving into database when needed
  • Verify and enter all purchased wine
  • Document, reconcile and enter all bottling / case good inventory
  • Verify, maintain and ensure wine meets all state and federal specifications and regulations
  • Back up scale house support for receiving and shipping of bulk wine
  • Provide support in month end closing process
  • Follow guidelines and procedures in order to ensure ISO certification
  • Assist with any general administrative tasks, projects and/or additional duties assigned by a supervisor/manager
  • Filing
  • Maintain general housekeeping



  • Must have previous office experience
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of the wine industry is helpful but not required

Knowledge of:

  • 10 key/ Reconciliation process
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Work 6-7 days a week during crush season (July-October)
  • Work overtime, weekends, and/or to cover additional shifts as needed
