Our Team The Facilities Assistant II is responsible for supervising, organizing and performing inspections, equipment information research, repair and general facilities and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: What you will be doing -
Repair and general facilities equipment maintenance; such as chillers, air handlers, and coolers. -
Diagnose and make all types of repairs to include; walls, restrooms, building, clean filters and painting. -
Perform preventive and regular maintenance work orders, which include inspection, equipment information gathering work, and equipment numbering for preventive maintenance historical records control, lubrication, replacement and repair for components. -
Operate portable power tools and basic shop machinery as required for repairs and modifications. -
Perform inspection and understand building maintenance, written reports for work done or conditions found. |
