Description

The Project Manager will develop the Diversity and Inclusion strategy and execute initiatives through projects, programs and metrics that foster a culture of inclusion.

  • Develop strategy and execute actions that foster a culture of inclusion and improve the representation of women and various ethnic groups.
  • Review processes and tactics to ensure a “diversity and inclusion lens” is applied to current practices.
  • Coordinate the efforts of different diversity and inclusion efforts to achieve synergies and avoid duplication, acting as a support to these efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships in partnership with Talent Acquisition with external professional organizations focused on improving diversity representation.
  • Partner with Leadership Development to develop and execute strategies that improve diverse representation at each leadership level.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise and serve as an internal departmental liaison amongst HR/OD to create strategies and actions.
  • Serve as an internal consultant for leaders in the area of Diversity and Inclusion as they seek to build more inclusive organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders in assessing and evaluating deliverables.
  • Ensure Diversity and Inclusion Program deliverables are accomplished and evaluate the outcome of the deliverables. Report on KPI’s on a quarterly basis.”
  • Conduct ongoing research of best practices regarding diversity and inclusion work and collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to align D&I efforts to these practices.
  • Provide updates to senior leaders regarding diversity and inclusion efforts.
 
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Organization Development, or Human Resources related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Demonstrates project management skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates written communication skills.
