TEMPORARY U.S. Team Member - CCA (Denver, CO)

You are applying for a temporary position working up to 40 hours per week. The starting wage is $15.78 per hour, with potential for growth. Holiday pay and health care options after 90 days.

Interested individuals must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete the General Motors hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Candidates must be willing to work either day or afternoon shift as well as overtime hours on those shifts with little notice.

Position Requirements

Daily work requirements include:

Pick and ship parts from a warehouse containing automotive parts. This includes staging, loading, unloading, stocking and maintaining the warehouse inventory.

  • Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
  • Stage parts for loading
  • Load finished product onto truck and/or railcar
  • Unload parts from truck and/or railcar
  • Move parts to warehouse for storage
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
  • Operate warehouse equipment in connection with the receipt, storage and shipping of parts (fork truck, reach, lextro)
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOS/JES), maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards by adhering to the principles of the GMS-Global Manufacturing System


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees are regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tool or controls; reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally climb stairs, stoop and bend to lift objects. Warehouse worker must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Additionally a successful candidate will have the ability to quickly and accurately recognize numbers and symbols.
