For frequently asked questions, please click here: https://www.catholiccharitiestrenton.org/careers/frequently-asked-questions/   Req Number MED-16-00012   Location BHS - Delaware House (Westampton, NJ)   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Number of Openings 1   Category Medical / Nursing   Description Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct initial psychiatric assessments of new clients Manage a caseload for ongoing medication needs, including metabolic assessment, appropriate labs/studies and contact with other physicians Chart documentation as per Agency standards Prescribe medications within standards of psychiatric care Participate in joint clinical case review meetings with program and case management staff to coordinate care for clients Participate in quality improvement process, including chart review for compliance with medical record keeping standards Collaborate with Medical Director in accordance with Collaboration Agreement Provide staff training, consultation and support in medication education and recordkeeping Provide psychiatric emergency intervention and management for program clients Maintain regular CEU’s Conduct groups as needed   Position Requirements Master's Degree in Nursing; valid New Jersey APN license (Advanced Practice / Nurse Practitioner License); CNS (Clinical Nurse Specialist) in adult psychiatry / mental health with substance abuse experience; computer proficiency.
