As a BRAND AMBASSADOR for the HGS team, you’ll:
· Troubleshoot customer issues
· Research answers from a variety of tools & background knowledge
· Provide detailed product information
· Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional items
What do ya need?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Scheduling flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Sales experience highly preferred but not required
- Positive attitude!!
What else?
- Full-time/part-time 1st shift/2nd shift/3rd shift positions available
- Starting pay around $10/hr (with an opportunity to earn up to $1.50-2.00/hr bonuses)
