Vectorworks, Inc. is adding an Account Associate to our direct sales team! Under the direction of the Sales Director, you will be tasked with developing and managing relationships with existing and potential customers for one of the world's best-selling Computer-aided Design (CAD) software platforms! In this role you will collaborate on a daily basis with members of the entertainment design community.
On a daily basis, the Account Associate will:
Work with management and other departments to develop our story, plan approaches and tailor pitches.
Identify potential clients and decision makers within the organization
Prospect companies to identify new business opportunities and support the organizations revenue goals
Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
Make routine telephone sales calls following established procedures and guidelines.
Conduct outreach to leads generated by the marketing department
Educate potential clients on the value of our CAD/BIM software
Manage leads and schedule qualified product demonstrations and/or face-to-face meetings for senior sales executives or industry specialists in order to reach performance-based goals
Help drive attendance to regional events and trainings by reaching out to current customers that are in a given region
Travel to national trade shows and meetings.
