About the Job

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, adjusting, communicating, and translating the Master Schedule to maximize the utilization of resources such as labor, tools, materials, and facilities.  Collaborates with other disciplines such as avionics and interiors to support development of the overall project.  Formulates all elements needed to develop the work package and create the Master Schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Defines, monitors and revises standard resource requirements such as tooling, technical data, labor hours and materials for tasks associated with maintenance activities.
  • Communicates with customers, vendors, maintenance operation managers and various other department managers to support needs as required.
  • Develops and sequences tasks using flow charts in order to efficiently accomplish the aircraft maintenance work scope.
  • Develop and maintain accurate bill of materials on sold work packages and orders accordingly based on JIT principles.
  • Tracks and reports any material delivery issues to all departments prior to arrival.
  • Assembles the work order package including but not limited to maintenance forms, inspections forms, service bulletins, checklists, technical data and engineering.
  • Monitors aircraft maintenance status and assists in supporting all work arising as required for those tasks that would impact the schedule.Schedules operators into the service facility for maintenance, modifications and service bulletin compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years aircraft maintenance experience, preferably on Falcon
  • A & P license
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio
  • Proven sound judgment  in making decisions both beneficial for the Company and customer
  • Corridor or other maintenance operations software experience (Desired)
  • A & P License (Desired)
