Duties and Responsibilities Audit loan files for completeness and accuracy based on the client’s approved set of audit criteria Review documents and data in the client’s origination, processing and closing systems to ensure they meet requirements and set standards of quality Meet daily production requirements for review of loans as agreed upon with manager Attend LSG Team and Client meetings, as required Attend client and Indecomm on-site meetings, as  needed Track trends and learning opportunities for assigned projects and make training suggestions as needed Maintain a thorough working knowledge of industry standards and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by Management   Position Requirements Required Experience and Skills Must have a minimum of 5 years recent front line underwriting experience. Prior quality control audit experience a plus Extensive knowledge of federal, state and/or municipal laws and regulations Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong written and oral communication skills.
