Ascentis technology automates critical processes such as full scale benefits management, compliance, online open enrollment, time and attendance, real-time payroll processing, tax filing, applicant tracking, employee and manager self-service and reporting. Ascentis offers world-class customer service and continues to add to our offerings of human capital management solutions.     Position Requirements 1) Experience: 3-5 years experience developing and leading solution implementations with Microsoft .NET, using a combination of.NET, C# and SQL Server 4 years HTML, Javascript and/or CSS Production experience with ASP.NET application supporting > 500 business users Product development experience desirable Experience working within an iterative development process desirable 2) Skills: C# ASP.NET SQL Server Moderate HTML/Javascript/CSS Understanding of OOA/OOD Strong verbal and written skills Exceptional problem solving skills Strong teamwork and mentoring skills Ability to work within defined timeframes Attention to detail 3) Knowledge: Working knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Framework, including ASP.NET Working knowledge of software design techniques, including object-oriented analysis and design techniques Understanding of business processes and the application of technology to implement them 4) Education: Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience in the field   Location Jacksonville   About the Organization The Ascentis mission is to create innovative products that are easy to use for the often under-served mid-market that cover the full Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.
