SUMMARY
Ensure the smooth, normal operations and implementation of all Bell Service tasks, as assigned. Ensure all luggage is delivered/collected accurately, efficiently and on time. Greet and assist with guest arrivals and departures by handling guest check-in and check-outs while providing prompt and courteous service, including receiving telephone calls, guest requests, guest reservations, fax and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the MCNC/River Spirit Casino Resort policies & procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBIILTIES
1. Responsible for all Bell Service activities such as luggage service upon guests' check-in and check-out, luggage storage, message service, information service and other related tasks.
2. Utilize bell carts effectively and with caution, taking care of guest luggage and packages.
3. Ensure the front desk and immediate areas are staffed/covered to accommodate guests.
4. Extend assistance to guests and patrons alike, supervising, checking and recording storage of guest luggage in the storeroom on daily basis, ensuring hotel guidelines.
5. Assist guests by opening doors, greeting courteously, and promptly attending to guest requests.
6. Offer to help guests on guest transportation or other bookings; direct them to appropriate floor areas.
7. Develop a good understanding of layout and be able to give directions to all areas in Hotel including pool; be able to supply the guest with all information that they need to be able to enjoy their stay.
8. Assist Front Desk during busy periods, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
9. Must be able to work all shifts or varying schedules to support business needs.
10. Ensure guests messages, faxes are passed to guests, or delivered to guest room immediately and accurately.
11. Responsible for calling taxi, VIP service, or other guest requests in timely manner.
12. Follow all company safety and security policies & procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions.
13. Ensure proper and clean uniform, professional business appearance, attitude and performance.
14. Clean and maintain lobby, entrance doors and bell carts and including snow removal.
15. Perform other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
HS Diploma; and/or combination of education & experience. Command of the English language required.

EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year in hotel, customer service, transportation, or front office experience required. Possess positive, friendly and out-going personality; work as a customer-service focused team player.

 
Gaming License Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
