Description

Employee is responsible for processing the order for all supplies and materials needed in the department. Employee tracks Business Portal activities and the department checkbook.  Maintains department employee files to include attendance, evaluations and disciplinary actions. Employee processes employee approved PTO and Kronos time sheets.This description incorporates the most typical duties performed. It is recognized that other related duties not mentioned here may have to be performed. All employees are expected to display a courteous and friendly attitude when dealing with others.

 
Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent and experience in the area of office skills required. Material and equipment ordering is a strong aspect in review for employment. Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proficient with computer.
