CUSO Financial Services, L.P. and Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC. are looking for a talented Data Maintenance Specialist, to join our System Maintenance team. Our company culture fosters and encourages innovation and growth by promoting openness, flexibility and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The Data Maintenance Specialist will work closely with our Software Development, Business Systems and System Maintenance teams to perform various maintenance tasks, research, support, and documentation review. They will also interact with our partners in the financial industry regarding data transmissions. The ideal candidate will have advanced computer, writing, and business skills, and some coding knowledge or experience. This is a remote (work from home) position, ideally in the Northwest region of the US, requiring a self-motivated person. Prior experience working remotely highly desired. Financial industry experience helpful, but not required. 


•    Perform system maintenance, research, data input, data review, and cleansing tasks in our CRM and rep management software systems
•    Assist Technical Writer with reviewing and editing technical documentation, using html and Github
•    Quality Assurance Testing – new and revised reports, forms, and software enhancements
•    Interface with data providers to acquire and track data files, maintain proper schedules
•    Provide support, troubleshooting, and research for internal business units

Position Requirements

•    Minimum 2 years related experience or a combination of education and experience
•    Medium to advanced computer skills. Prior experience with advanced MS Office usage (Word, Excel, Outlook). Html editing experience and understanding of html code. 
•    Excellent writing, reading, and communication skills in English
•    Ability to perform complex and also repetitive tasks with minimal supervision and guidance
•    Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
•    Ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and priorities
•    Occasional travel to our offices in the Seattle, WA and San Diego, CA areas will be required
