Specific duties of the position include: Provide program management support to Agency Senior Management in strategic busines planning, business development activities, product concept development and Information Technology engineering. Coordinate activities between Architecture & Engineering, Implementation, Innovision, and the Production elements. Support Agency and IC Steering Groups and Advisory Groups. Lead cross functional/cross geographical teams. Interface with all organizational areas, end users/customers and with both foreign and domestic agencies to mitigate risks, developing and managing budgets, and schedules. Implement project/production and organizational plans, schedules, and specifications within budgeted time and cost constraints. Our client requires that the successful candidate possess the following qualifications: A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility. A bachelor of science degree in any field (other bachelor degrees, such as bachelor of arts, will NOT qualify for this position; this requirement cannot be waived) 15 years of project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk, Our client also desires that candidates possess the following qualifications: Customer-service and goal oriented. Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, and Excel. Ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities. Ability to identify technical issues and communicate impacts to the Government points of contact. Demonstrated understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the Intelligence Community. B.S. Degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. M.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
