Our goal is to advance our firm's culture and 'be better', making diversity, equity, and inclusion important elements to our future success.   Description Monitor inbound service requests from RF and Clients; provide timely updates and resolution to open service requests; troubleshoot end user issues and escalate as needed; perform software installation and hardware repair; research and implement fixes for new issues; provide remote support, computer imaging and set up; and perform other duties as assigned. Handle break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, and hardware repair (including in-house repair or coordinating depot services). Review issues escalated from Level 1 and resolve or escalate as needed. Research and implement fixes for new issues or escalate to Level 3 as needed. Resolves and updates Service Requests accurately and timely within the RF Service Management System Provide documentation of resolutions within the Knowledge Base and assist with publishing Knowledge Articles.   Category Managed Services   Location Dallas   Position Technical Specialist II   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar; or equivalent work experience (3-5 years in a technical support role) Excellent technical knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and mobile devices Working technical knowledge of network protocols and operating systems Excellent knowledge of Active Directory Experience with helpdesk and remote control tools Windows 7/8/10 experience Technical certifications are a plus, but not required.
