Share Email Opening Title Enterprise Analyst  Description SUMMARY Actively support the Muscogee Creek Nation Casinos operation. This entails proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and communicating on all outages of key systems. The role will ensure high levels of availability of the supported business applications and ensure the proper operation of the in-house computer systems, servers, and network connections. Will monitor all PC's, servers, and critical infrastructure for security breaches and remediate or escalate to reduce risk to the organization. Serves as a point of contact for customer and service providers, and acts as liaison between customers/providers and the internal IT team to resolve issues. Other duties or projects, as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Monitor most electronic devices within Muscogee Creek Nation Casinos (MCNC), including servers, kiosks, electronic games, network connections, air conditioners and their associated software. 2. Monitor and maintain various ticket queues. 3. Create required reports in response to business user needs. 4. Assist with the design and monitoring of the system backups and recovery. 5. Monitor all security systems and their corresponding or associated software, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software. 6. Audit and monitor end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. 7. Anticipate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems within the MCNC environment. Escalate incidents as necessary. 8. Serve as the main point of contact for vendors to help resolve or address issues and concerns. 9. Provide guidance and support for Senior Enterprise Specialist and Tier I. 10. Create, maintain and oversee enforcement of technical policies, procedures and user system access based on industry-standard best practices. 11. Communicate all scheduled and unscheduled outages to affected and interested parties in a timely and accurate manner. 12. Maintain the Datacenter room logs and environmentals. 13. Develop, schedule and perform patch deployments and upgrades to PC's and peripherals. 14. Control and administer Vendor connections into MCNC environment. 15. Gather root cause on all outages and document the root cause on all high severity outages. 16. Recommend, schedule, and perform improvements for the monitoring tools which includes adding new software, upgrading firmware/OS for the tools, and developing custom solutions to monitor new applications.   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer information systems, information systems, Technology and/or combination of education & experience. Certifications: CCNA or MCSE preferred. EXPERIENCE 5-7 years equivalent work experience in the field Working technical knowledge of network & PC operating systems, including Windows7, Windows Server, Cisco iOS Application support experience with Exchange, ERP and Casino Management Systems Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws   Gaming License Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Number of Openings 1   Req Number INF-16-00006   This position is currently not accepting applications.
