Share Email Opening Title Beverage/Food Server  Description SUMMARY Responsible for providing an exceptional food and drink service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner while displaying a high standard of customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to casino guests during service. 2. Responsible for receiving beverage and food orders from guests. 3. Responsible for prompt delivery of beverage and food orders. 4. Assist all guests as needed. 5. Assists with opening kitchen and keeping concession area stocked and cleaned. 6. Assist bussing staff by pre-bussing guests' tables. 7. Responsible for keeping work areas and tables clean at all times. 8. Stay informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions. 9. Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and Muscogee Creek Nation Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance. 10. React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. 11. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently as required. 12. Additional duties as required or assigned.   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
