Share Email Opening Title Beach Grill Kitchen Manager  Description Under the direct instruction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, to manage all operational aspects of the Beach Grill on, and off property. Additionally the Beach Grill Kitchen Manager is responsible for administrative duties of the executive chef’s office.   Position Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent; Post secondary education or Culinary program/college is not required but preferred; ACF certification levels C.C.C.,C.S.C., C.E.C., are acceptable in lieu of culinary college. Previous culinary management (kitchen) experience (5 to 10 years) ; prior team management experience (kitchen preferred but not mandatory); Possess advanced knife skills; Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task, and think/perform under extreme pressure; people and time management skills; 2 to 3 years minimal casino restaurant experience.
