This full-time position is responsible for the development, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of the marketing/fundraising database. Oversees: data requirements and documentation, information management, analysis and reporting.
Monitors the integrity of the information contained in the database and determines how to translate data into usable, actionable information for the formation and execution of fundraising, marketing, and communication strategies and measures of success.
Bachelor's degree and/or two years related experience in fundraising, finance/accounting, database management, or equivalent combination
Experience utilizing standard data management practices and tools, excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data and statistical models
Experience with fundraising database systems (Jenzabar EX preferred)
Familiarity with database structures and ability to design reports and queries
Successful experience managing multiple projects and implementing strategic program goals
Superior oral and written communication skills
Ability to diagnose complex problems and identify solutions, including cultivating the ideas of others to find creative solutions
