The primary responsibility of the recruiter is to manage the full life cycle recruiting process for openings across North America. This role will provide guidance and support to hiring managers, and manage the candidate experience. Responsibilities for this position include: Full-cycle recruiting for the company’s open positions: conduct in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers. Consult and advise hiring managers on overall hiring process, job posting creation and effective candidate assessment/interview techniques, offers, etc. Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process. Source talented and diverse candidates through creative recruiting methods which attract and engage both active and passive candidates. Screen and interview candidates to assess knowledge, skills and abilities. Create positive applicant experiences through the interview and hiring process. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring requirements are met. Maintain applicant tracking system and communicate updates to hiring managers in a timely mannerScreen and interview candidates to assess knowledge, skills and abilities. Maintain applicant tracking system and communicate updates to hiring managers in a timely manner.   Position Requirements The ideal candidate with have the following experience: BA, BS or equivalent 5 years+ recruitment experience Experience in sourcing and hiring in positions such as:  developers, product managers, QA, sales executives, professional services, support, IT and operations Experience in HRIS organizations and start up organizations a plus Recruiting experience in a corporate environment Proven record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates ATS experience tracking and managing candidates.
