This role offers a steady rotation and flights to/from the site location.   Duties/Responsibilities: Read, understand and comply with HSE’s Medical Control Guidelines, safety policies and job procedures, as well as all applicable government laws and regulations Report to the areas station manager and take specific job directions from Operations for the station in which he/she is working Work within their applicable scope of practice determined by their licensing body and under the medical control of the HSE Medical Director, utilizing the HSE Medical Control Guidelines Conduct fire / shower protection services in accordance to standard operational procedures Set up and maintain HSE Integrated firefighting and/or shower equipment as described in specific procedures Conduct regular safety meetings with emphasis on specific hazards Orientate all personnel on the location of pertinent safety, shower and firefighting equipment Maintain an up-to-date roster of personnel on location Ensure that all job related paperwork is correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner Performs pre / post trip equipment inspections and provide additional written service requests that detail problems and / or required repairs Perform general maintenance on fire and shower apparatus and appliances as required by the preventative maintenance program, under the guidance and direction of the Fleet Manager or a designate Operate company vehicles in a professional manner, in accordance to HSE policy, highway traffic laws and any rules of operation in effect on privately owned roads   Position Requirements Current (unrestricted) registration as a Paramedic with the Alberta College of Paramedics NFPA 1001 level I & II certifications Previous experience working as a Paramedic in the field is a must Previous industrial firefighting experience and/or professional fire training in accordance with NFPA standards Valid Class 3Q driver’s license Industrial work experience is considered an asset   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift -not applicable-   Paramedic   Division DXP | HSE Integrated Ltd.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
