Share Email Opening Title Risk Coordinator  Description SUMMARY Responsible for maintenance of the Vendor Required Insurance/Certificate of Insurance Program for all Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casino properties. Escalates issues or provides information to Supervisor for resolution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Receive a copy of all new or renewal contracts/Scope of Service for all services and products, works with Risk Manager to establish required coverage and coverage limits and endorsements for each new vendor or renewal contract for all MCNC properties. 2. Works with Procurement to receive current and new vendor information for all MCNC properties to advise vendor of required insurance coverage and coverage limits and endorsements via correspondence. 3. Maintains spreadsheet of vendors' insurance requirements and their compliance to required coverage and coverage limits and endorsements. Notifies Risk Manager and Procurement of non-compliant vendors. 4. Maintains file of vendor Certificates of Insurance with related endorsements for all active vendors. 5. Sends communication to vendors at 60 and 30 days from insurance coverage expiration reminding them of the need for updated Certificate of Insurance. 6. Notifies Risk Manager and Procurement of vendors with expired Certificates of Insurance. 7. Additional duties as may be assigned.   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School diploma required; and/or combination of education & experience. EXPERIENCE With Bachelor's Degree, 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance/risk management. High School Diploma only, 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance/risk management. Both familiar with commercial insurance coverages and language.
