We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor to add to our growing NY team, embedded within our partner Omnicom agency, BBDO. The Account Supervisor will serve as the day-to-day client leader for our client, a Fortune 10 global leader in the energy category, and is responsible for interfacing with creative, strategy, production and analytics teams in order to to drive for continuous optimization of our tactics to meet client goals and deliverables. The selected candidate will be at the forefront of digital convergence of social, mobile, digital and offline with leading global client brands, and see how they are created and executed firsthand.

The Account Supervisor supports the Account Director and their dedicated Client Services team, and serves as a day-to-day contact for clients on all campaign needs including digital asset collection, deadline management, quality assurance and weekly reporting compilation, preparation and leads communication with our clients.  This position works internally with the execution team to ensure all deadlines are met and work is delivered at the highest quality.  This position reports to and works closely with the Account Director, including assistance with proposals, quotes, contract drafting and signature management, sales forecasting, billing, travel and expense reports. Career path options for this role include promotion to Account Director.




  • Manage internal workflow for each campaign
  • Wholly responsible for all internal communication between Account Management and the marketing execution team, including status on outstanding projects or action items
  • Manage all campaign calendars and associated deadlines
  • Set-up all team meetings, agendas and serve as a scribe
  • Review the quality of all client execution to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Monitor team hours versus budget and alert Account Director of any potential issues
  • Contribute to strategy and action plans at Account Director’s request


  • Communicate daily with clients via email and phone for personalized campaign support
  • Serve as liaison between the Fanscape client team and the client on day-to-day requests including coupon codes, product, interview requests, prizing coordination, planning & approvals, etc.
  • Wholly responsible for the prompt delivery of all campaign assets from the client
  • Assist with sales quotations, presentation creative and production as necessary
  • Manage the contract and billing process with input from client team and Account Director
  • Participate in weekly calls/meetings at Account Director’s request
  • Take lead on client communication for smaller accounts at Account Director’s request


  • Handle preliminary and final reporting preparation (typically via PowerPoint and/or Excel); responsible for accuracy of all stats and quality control
  • Assemble and draft weekly client email campaign results/updates as well as produce more comprehensive monthly, mid campaign and final reports to clients
  • Ensure that each and every internal reporting deadline is met across all campaigns
  • Communicate any changes in reporting deadlines to the client and to the execution team


  • Sales forecasting accuracy and timely updates weekly
  • Set-up and schedule all internal meetings
  • Work with the Manager of Analysis and Research to gather information regarding industry, competition, customer product or service; as well as present findings in verbal/written form with recommendations
  • Work with the Manager of Analysis and Research to gather information about the client’s history, the vertical, the product, the competition, the campaign differentiators and campaign risks
  • Manage 3rd party vendors
Position Requirements
  • College degree
  • 6+ years of total work experience with 1-2+ years of marketing experience, preferably at an agency
  • 4+ years of experience in account management
  • Large AOR national or global consumer facing brand experience required in digital/social Management of integrated campaigns across digital, social, mobile, TV, Print, PR preferred
  • Experience/strong comfort level working with/presenting to clients
  • Solid understanding of consumer marketing and the social media space
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal/communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to gather client requirements and effectively communicate them to the Project Teams
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure, stay level-headed and meet deadlines
  • Able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Strong and effective decision making skills
  • Proven ability to work in teams effectively
