Share Email Opening Title Launch Manager  Description Responsible for the implementation of programs and supervision of a group of engineers that perform projects to improve operations.  This position also reviews and follow up all the plant projects with PDP methodology.   Position Requirements Standardize Transition and Launch Processes with an effective Information Flow • Implements Transition Programs and Flawless Product Launches. • Controls costs to meet established goals and budget. • Implements and Maintains corporate and plant management control systems. • Assure resource allocations for all Transition Programs and Launches. • Follow-up security measures according to the area, activities and organizational structure. • Administration of all activities and resources of the assigned area and of the interaction of these activities with environmental aspects.
