We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to add to our growing New York (midtown Manhattan) team. In this role, you will manage production, tasks and timelines for social programs, monthly community management, promotions, social/digital/mobile application development, and new projects for our clients, a high-profile technology brand and a global energy company. This person is responsible for providing project management, social planning/execution, and digital development expertise across a portfolio of projects and verticals and is ultimately responsible for turn time, quality, and satisfaction amongst our various Fortune 500 clients.
Under the direction for the VP Production, the Digital PM will act as the lead from creation through execution of digital deliverables such as Facebook applications, mobile apps, cross-platform social apps, paid social ad content creation & coordinated media buying. Focusing on both internal and external communication, you will work with the strategists, marketers and creative staff to shape the user experience and provide mid-level technical direction, as well as oversee the development of UX materials, including wireframes, for all interactive projects and applications.
The Digital PM will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating the efforts of third-party vendors, creating and managing development budgets and ensuring that proposed creative concepts can be produced within specified timeframes and budgets. You will work with internal and external teams to proactively review progress, identify problems and correct them if necessary. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional production management and quality assurance skills and have the ability to build and motivate teams and assign and monitor work. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and must be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities. In addition, the PM must possess meticulous attention to detail.
