Description

SUMMARY
The Learning & Development Specialist III is a senior-level position responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs to support MNGE strategic objectives. They lead the training team, manage complex projects, and contribute to the organization's overall growth and success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Develop and implement a strategic training plan aligned with organizational goals.
2. Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced training programs.
3.Assess the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational outcomes.
4.Supervise and mentor junior Learning Development Specialists and staff.
5.Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
6.Continuously research and incorporate best practices in training and development.
7.Oversee the maintenance of training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
8.Additional duties as assigned. 

 
Position Requirements

EDUCATION
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in training and development, with a strong background in the casino and hotel industry. Advanced instructional design and curriculum development skills. Proven experience in project management and leading a training team. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. In-depth knowledge of learning management systems and training software.

 
Gaming License Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.
