Description

Responsible for developing, administering, and facilitating leadership programs which meet company goals and objectives. Conducts needs analysis and provides standardized and non-standardized leadership program solutions to enterprise-wide client groups. Serves as development resource for individual and team leadership competency building.

  • Prepares, enhances, and delivers multiple leadership programs and workshops. Develops and executes post-evaluation plan to ensure content meets expectations and aligns with the leadership competency model.
  • Manages key programs as assigned to ensure consistent delivery of program content and effectiveness, working closely with management to provide updates on training progress, changes, and implementation timelines.
  • Provides development coaching for new and in-place leaders to address individual or team performance gaps, in addition to building personal leadership capabilities.
  • Designs blended learning approaches and platforms as a mode of learning delivery, as well as reinforcement through post follow-up activities, to ensure on-going leadership development and to prepare leaders in response to changing strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Facilitates New Manager Assimilations and conducts follow-up process with manager and their superior to accelerate team communication and productivity towards the establishment of a high-performing team.
  • Performs diagnostic assessments with functional leaders to identify, develop, and deliver solutions related to leadership performance needs. Partners with peer leadership developer, as needed, to develop requirements beyond instructional development.
  • Leads team initiatives and/or provides input on new program launches, levels programs redesigns, and other leadership initiatives at enterprise level.
  • Conducts development needs assessments and provides input to management to ensure programs continue to represent a realistic job preview and meet the leadership needs of the organization.
  • Develops and mentors other instructors regularly to enhance delivery skills and instructional methodology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepares and/or provides input in the creation of participant and instructor guides associated with individual and leadership programs.
  • Partners with internal client business units to facilitate Voice of the Customer efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.
 
Position Requirements
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years management and/or leadership teaching/training. A minimum of 3 years management experience leading a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, platform training skills, and knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, adult learning principles, and metrics and evaluation required.
  • Project management skills. Program Management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office specifically, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
