HSE Integrated has more than 700 employees, comprising one of the largest teams of industrial safety experts and inventories of rental equipment in North America.   Category Sales and Marketing   Location Montreal   Open Date 1/18/2016   Req Number SAL-16-00005   Description The Application Specialist - Inside Sales, reporting to the Sales Manager - East Region, will have the following primary duties: Be responsible for working with the Sales Manager and Outside Sales Force in reviewing applicable RFQ’s, selecting related Products and preparing detailed quotations for Pumps / Compressors / Packaged Systems mainly for Municipal & Industrial Customers (EPC, Contractors, OEMs, End Users) Work directly with represented manufacturers to obtain technical information, project pricing and special requirements. For orders/contracts, assist in preparing internal technical documentation such as sales order work sheets and draft purchase orders to various Suppliers. Follow company procedures as it relates to triage and strategies. Following demonstrated process steps including quote preparation, submittals, technical and commercial clarifications. Assist in the preparation of various market and quotation activity reports and sales forecasts to the Company and Represented Manufacturers. Demonstrated Customer Service experience and skills (5 or more year’s experience). Effective communication skills both written and verbal in English and French. Ability to work within a demanding schedule with short deadlines and produce accurate results. Superior organizational skills - a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a busy team. Better than average computer skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.@ Would be great to have previous experience with: Demonstrated application and technical knowledge with a wide range of industrial pumping equipment (5 or more year’s experience) Post-secondary technical education, CET or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred. Personal Traits: Attention to detail balanced by a practical and realistic approach. Enjoys working with a wide variety of people both internally and externally.
