ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The faculty member will develop curriculum and courses for the English program. The position includes a 4/4 teaching load, advising, and weekly office hours, and continuing engagement in one’s field(s).   Position Requirements DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications include a Ph.D. in Literature or Composition Studies/ Rhetoric in hand by start of contract. Candidates with an MFA will also be considered. Prior teaching experience at the college level is essential.
