Description

Constellation West is seeking highly motivated individuals to conduct system certifications for multiple missions systems to include Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA), Theater Events System (TES) and Space Surveillance and Control System. 

Technical staff lead must possess expertise in computer science, engineering, space systems management, communications, mathematics, physical sciences, physics, space operations systems engineering, engineering management, systems management or systems analysis.

5 years of experience with internal and external network set up, configuration and support; network performance issues; operating system installation and maintenance, application installation and maintenance.

Experience in network/system administration using currently approved Windows server software.

Experience in automated data collection and retrieval, data analysis, Protogate Freeway design and configuration, FreeBSD operation, Transact SQL (T-SQL), Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 development and administration, and C++ software development; internal and external network set up, configuration and support; network performance issues; operating system installation and maintenance, application installation and maintenance.

Experience in network/system administration using currently approved Windows server software.

 
Position Requirements

Minimum of  5 years of CWMD expertise at the tactical and operational level.

Possess 3 years' experience planning and conducting information gathering activities, processing, and extracting data from materials gathered, the concept of indications and warnings and problem-solving techniques.

Possess thorough comprehension of the functional relationships and procedural processes of the CWMD Operations.

Possess basic knowledge of traditional security programs intended to protect classified information and matters and their distinct relationship to OPSEC.

Possess ability to develop and present clear, concise briefings with sound conclusions and recommendations.

Possess the ability to develop OPSEC awareness training programs and present them to all personnel.

Possess the ability to write and organize concise plans, directives, and training materials.

Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Software to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Outlook.
