Under the general supervision of the project manager this position provides administrative support for the countywide operations. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, payroll, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.This role will interact with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
The office you would be operating in, would be located in Iraq. Ideally, you should be willing to work in a US Government-supported facilities with the ability to tolerate desert like conditions and the occasional dust storm. Security will be provided to the facility by government forces, but candidates should be aware of the inherent risk that come with providing medical care in conflict-prone regions. Successful candidates will be provided training to enhance their skills for operating in these types of environments.
